SINGLE GIRDER OVERHEAD CRANE

Depending on their span and capacity, single girder cranes are made from standard sections or welded caissons. Their compact design and construction allows them to be installed in restricted environments. They require little height between the traveller track and the underside of the structure.

Factory machining of the beam and support junction ensures perfect span and geometry. We use standard and interchangeable components to facilitate maintenance for our customers and help them control costs.

Our cranes are equipped with variable speed drives on all three movements, reducing load swing.

Many options are available, allowing an optimal adaptation to the customer's needs.

DOUBLE-GIRDER OVERHEAD CRANE

Depending on their span and capacity, double-girder overhead travelling cranes are made from standard or welded box girders. There are several types of connections between the girders and the travel gear. This allows the double-girder crane to be adapted to the constraints of an existing building.

Double-girder overhead cranes are suitable for handling heavy loads. Their design guarantees rigidity and load stability. The machining of the beam-strut junction, carried out in the factory, guarantees a perfect span and geometry. The double girder cranes have the advantage of being equipped with open kinematics hoists, where each component is calculated independently, thus facilitating maintenance and guaranteeing high performance and
efficiency.

We use standard and interchangeable components to facilitate maintenance for our customers and help them control costs. Our cranes are equipped with variable speed drives on all three movements, reducing load swing.
Many options are available, allowing an optimal adaptation to the customer's needs.

SINGLE-GIRDER GANTRY CRANE

The single-beam gantries are made of mechanically welded boxes.

Their use and installation is necessary in situations where the load cannot be transferred to a track.

In this configuration, the running rail is on the ground.
The absence of a supporting structure is an advantage in outdoor use.

We use standard and interchangeable components to make maintenance easier for our customers and help them control their costs.

Many options are available, allowing for optimal adaptation to the customer's needs.

BICAISSON GANTRY CRANE

The double girder gantries are made of welded boxes. They are used and installed in situations where it is not possible to take up the load on a crane runway.

This solution is necessary for the handling of heavy loads over long spans.

In this configuration, the track is on the ground.

The absence of a supporting structure is an advantage in outdoor use.

We use standard and interchangeable components to make maintenance easier for our customers and to help them keep costs down.

Many options are available, allowing for optimal adaptation to the customer's needs.

SEMI-PORTAL SINGLE CHAMBER

Depending on their spans and capacities, the single-beam semigantries are made from standard extensions or from mechanically welded caissons. Their design allows them to work on two levels in
conjunction with an overhead crane.

Numerous options are available, allowing for optimal adaptation to the customer's needs.

SEMI-PORTICO BICAISSON

The double girder semi gantries are suitable for handling heavy loads. Their design guarantees rigidity and stability of the load. A wide range of options are available, allowing for optimal adaptation to the customer's needs.

POTENCY

SECAL offers wall-mounted or drum-mounted jib cranes. More manoeuvrable, jib cranes are generally used for handling light loads. Essential for the rapid feeding of parts into machines, they can allow work to be carried out on several levels (with, for example, an overhead crane at the top).

When they are not wall-mounted and mounted on a post in the wall of a building, their rotation can, in some cases, reach 360° and, if the customer's slab allows it, the xation can be done directly by dowelling in order to avoid, in some cases, civil engineering works.

Many options are available, allowing for optimal adaptation to the customer's needs.
